At Rujhaan Artistry, each piece is made to order with great care. Hence, we do not accept returns or provide refunds. We do, however, assist with size exchanges or alterations if requested within 3 days of delivery.
Simply email us at rujhaanartistry@gmail.com ()within 3 days of delivery. Once we confirm your request, you can send the product back within 7 days, in its original packaging with tags intact. Please note that the cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.
Although we maintain strict quality checks, if your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please inform us within 3 days. We will arrange a reverse pickup, run a quality check, and on approval, remake the piece for you within 2 weeks.
