Shipping Policy

Rujhaan Artistry offers a seamless and reliable shipping experience for all your purchases. Each product is packaged with utmost care to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Domestic Orders: We ship across India using trusted delivery partners. Shipping costs (if any) will be transparently communicated at checkout.
International Orders: We do ship internationally; however, please note that returns or exchanges are not applicable on international orders.
Delivery Time: Since every piece is made to order, please allow us the 10-15 days for production before dispatch. You will receive tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Return & Exchange Policy

Each Rujhaan piece is made to order with care, which is why we do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, we do provide assistance for size exchanges and alterations under the following terms:

Request Timeline: Any exchange or alteration requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery by emailing us at rujhaanartistry@gmail.com.
Confirmation: Once we confirm your request, the product must be shipped back to us within 7 days, in its original packaging with tags intact. Products sent without prior confirmation or beyond the stipulated time will not be accepted.
Customer Responsibility: The cost of return shipping for exchanges/alterations is borne by the customer.
Damaged / Defective Products: While we maintain strict quality checks, in the rare case of a damaged product or manufacturing defect, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange a reverse pickup, run a quality check, and on approval, remake the item for you within 2 weeks of receiving the returned product.
Exclusions: Products purchased through collaborations are not eligible for return or exchange.
International Orders: Please note, no returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted for international orders.
